MINDEN — An Iowa woman who survived imprisonment in the Nazi death camp at Auschwitz and has spent most of her adult life in the Midwest will share her experiences in a presentation here April 11.
Kitty Williams of Council Bluffs will speak 7 p.m. at the Westminster United Presbyterian Church, 109 N. Colorado Ave. The event is free and open to the public.
Williams has several distant relatives by marriage in the Minden area through the family of her late second husband, Bill Williams.
Bill's mother, Theresa, was a Boisen and grew up on a farm southwest of Minden.
