Judge moves shooting case to District Court

Charges against a 32-year-old Hastings man accused of firing several shots into the air near a group of young people have advanced to the district court.

Adams County Judge Timothy Hoeft bound over the case against Clinton M. Mohlman of 1331 W. Fourth St. after a preliminary hearing that started Monday and concluded Tuesday.

Mohlman faces charges of use of a firearm to commit a felony and making terroristic threats.

Police officers testified that witnesses reported a vehicle with three occupants drove into the parking lot at Burger King, 927 W. 14th St.
