Seiler speaks out against dropping inheritance tax

State Sen. Les Seiler of Hastings knows the impact an elimination of the inheritance tax would have on Nebraska taxpayers.

The plan, which has the full support of Gov. Dave Heineman, is to eliminate the inheritance tax, which forces relatives and family who receive an inheritance over a certain amount to pay taxes to the state of Nebraska.
