KENESAW — Even on a bad shooting night, the Bruning-Davenport/Shickley girls basketball team scored more than enough points to defeat Kenesaw 50-28 Tuesday.

The Class D-1 No. 6 Eagles (3-0) shot just 19-of-74 from the field — a 26 percent shooting average — and a lot of those attempts should've been easy makes.

"We don't have any limits on shots. We had good looks at the basket tonight, we just kind of let them go," said head coach Shana Gerberding.
