The Hastings High wrestling team did not get off to a good start in Thursday's duel with Columbus. The Tigers lost six of the first seven matches to face an early deficit.
But Hastings High saved its best for last.
The Tigers recorded three straight pins to end the duel, completing the comeback in a 39-27 victory. HHS head coach Brian Laux said his team remained confident, despite falling behind early.
"We knew starting off that going into the smaller weights we would be down," Laux said.
