On Tuesday, the St. Cecilia boys basketball team was without two of its starters. But that didn’t stop the Bluehawks from winning their third straight game.

STC defeated St. Paul 54-36 Tuesday, thanks to a collective effort on the court. The Bluehawks were without sophomores Brooks Asher — one of St. Cecilia’s leading scorers — and Dayton Sealey.

“Everyday, we mix these kids up in practice and you can’t tell a lot of difference from our first five to our second five,” said St. Cecilia head coach Kevin Asher.
