Kenesaw boys improve to 7-0

Kenesaw's Brady Staton puts up a shot against Axtell
Tuesday night in Kenesaw.

KENESAW — It wasn't pretty, but the Kenesaw boys basketball team got the job done.

The Blue Devils led by as much as 20 in the second half, but struggled to finish against Axtell. The Wildcats (3-4) kept fans in their seats as they pulled back to within 45-36 in the fourth quarter thanks to a quick 11-0 spourt.

But Kenesaw (7-0) was able to hang on to keep its undefeated season in tact with a 52-40 win Tuesday night.
