If you're looking for a beautiful dress at a great price, two local non-profit agencies are looking for your business.

This is the second year the YWCA Adams County and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Hastings have come together to host the Gowns for Good program.

Gowns for Good allows people to donate or consign their dresses to be resold at a discounted price in the community.

YWCA employee Carissa Uhrmacher said the program was started in 2013 as a way to help fill a gap in the community.

"The dresses really are for any occasion," she said. "It grew out of prom dresses but we've had people buy them for weddings, confirmations, graduations, vacations, just a huge variety."
