Kenesaw's offense came alive in the fourth quarter. But Deshler held on for a 47-38 semifinals win in the Twin Valley Conference basketball tournament Friday at Adams Central.
The Blue Devils (10-8) outscored Deshler by 14 points in the last quarter, chipping away at a 23-point third-quarter deficit.
The win vaulted the Dragons into today's conference-tournament title game against Blue Hill, also at Adams Central. Deshler lengthened its win streak to 18. The Dragons' only loss came in their season opener against Exeter-Milligan.
