When the Hastings College men's basketball team needed a lift in Wednesday's quarterfinals game of the GPAC tournament, it knew exactly who to look to — Brady Lollman.

The senior took the game over in the second half, scoring 26 of his game-high 34 points to propel the fourth-seeded Broncos to a 73-69 victory over No. 5 Nebraska Wesleyan at Lynn Farrell Arena.

"That's just a clutch performance by a big-time player. There's no other way to describe it," said HC head coach Bill Gavers. "I thought he did a great job of being patient. When he had something, he attacked, and when he didn't he moved it.

"I'm just proud of our whole entire team. We talked about the three Cs — confidence, courage and composure. We had all three tonight, and we have all year. That put us in a great spot tonight."
