MILLIGAN — It was an event the likes of which a small town like this one probably will never see again.
Thousands of people filled a two-block stretch of Milligan Saturday in hopes of becoming part of something big — Super Bowl big.
Pepsi and country entertainer Lee Brice invaded Milligan to shoot scenes for the "Get Hyped for Halftime" promotions to be used in the weeks prior to Super Bowl XLVII.
"We're calling it Halftime America," said Pepsi spokeswoman Jenny Bohuslavsky. "We went to the halfway point between New York and L.A., and we're throwing a surprise pop-up halftime performance."
