Jeff Barry is a crucial part of the Adams Central High School wrestling team.

As the assistant coach for the team, Barry helps the students train, build strength and improve techniques. He drives the van to meets. He gives students a ride home when needed.

AC head coach Dan Lonowski said the 50-year-old Barry has been an invaluable resource for the last 10 years.

"I can best describe him as a brother," Lonowski said. "He's just a good-hearted man."
