Hastings Fire Department crews respond to a call at 15
Kingston Drive Thursday afternoon

Fire damaged a mobile home about 3 p.m. Thursday at 15 Kingston Drive.

The fire caused moderate damage to the mobile home owned and occupied by Mark and Becky Spielman.

No one was inside the building when the fire started and no injuries were reported.

Neighbor Gregg Huerta said two dogs were also in the house, but another neighbor helped get them out safely.

Firefighters extinguished the fire and kept the majority of the fire contained to an add-on garage.
