FAIRFIELD—The Blue Hill girls basketball team (12-1) continue to roll through their competition as they defeated Sandy Creek (9-7) 55-45 on Thursday.

The Bobcats utilized the free-throw line early, and often, on their way to winning their ninth-straight game.

Blue Hill was 23-of-38 (60 percent) from the charity stripe, compared to Sandy Creek's 8-of-20 (38 percent). The Bobcats attacked the basket and got into the bonus early on in both halves, helping them thwart any comeback from the Cougars.
