Tough fourth quarter dooms Tigers

Up until the final minutes of the fourth quarter, Saturday’s game between the Hastings High boys basketball team and Gothenburg had featured eight ties and 13 lead changes.

But the Swedes (8-8) put an end to the back-and-forth sequence by closing the game on a 10-4 run to defeat the Tigers 54-47.
