Adams Central weighs pros, cons of middle school

The balance between keeping kids young and allowing them to mature in a comfortable environment were just a few of the points made Monday during a discussion that weighed the pros and cons of a middle school concept at Adams Central.

A group of about 60 parents, patrons, teachers and school board members of the Adams Central school district met to discuss the idea of the middle school concept in relation to the district's ongoing facilities discussion.

"We can't have a facility discussion until we have a middle school discussion," said board member Ryan Weeks.
