Red Cross collections technician Sarah Marquez inserts a
needle into Everett Hinton's arm during a blood drive at First

Randy Jones has donated more than 16 gallons of blood to the American Red Cross in his lifetime and has maintained a regular blood donation schedule for almost 30 years.

"Vacations are a common woe for drives in the summer," Jones said. "But I came back a week and a half after I was scheduled to give."
