Warm temperatures couldn't keep parade entries or the crowds away from the annual Adams County FairFest parade Saturday.

The annual event in downtown Hastings serves as the kickoff for this week's fair as more than 50 floats, tractors, antique cars and other parade entries participated.

"I think it's always a lot of fun," said Sandy Himmelberg, manager of the Adams County Fairgrounds. "Everybody has a lot of fun participating and the crowds have been really good for us the last few years."
