Three dozen elementary school students from throughout Adams County are spending their mornings this week at Morton Elementary during the Boxcar Youth Theatre Company's camp learning the ins and outs of a theater show as they prepare a production of "The Princeless Princess," Friday at 6:30 p.m. in the gymnasium at the school.

"It's amazing at the end because you think the whole time 'oh, how's this going to come together?' And they just rise to the occasion and it's so much fun," said Dana Fanning, camp instructor and Hastings Catholic Schools music teacher. "It's fun because they make their costumes, and it's so about them. It's nice to have fun and let them explore their creative side because a lot of times kids don't get a lot of opportunities to do that."
