A good day to fly a kite

Konner Epp, 4, tries to catch a kite he made during Hastings
Public Library's "Let's Go Fly a Kite" activity Saturday.

Four-year-old Jameson Still of Hastings enjoyed flying his kite, named Darth Jameson, Saturday at the open field north of the Masonic Center.

He built and decorated the kite earlier during the "Let's Go Fly a Kite" event at the Hastings Public Library.

His aunt, Kim Still, brought him to the event. They try to attend all the events that the library hosts.

"It's a great way to spend a Saturday," she said. "It is lots of fun."
