tournament May 10 in Omaha.

Saturday marks the 20th annual Shrine Soccer Classic, where the best high school soccer players will compete against each other for a final time as prep athletes.

The games are at Lloyd Wilson Field, with the girls game at noon and the boys at 2:30 p.m. For Hastings High's Emma Keele, it's one more chance to play in front of family and friends in Hastings.

"I think it'll be awesome to be there and see all of these really good players playing on my team and on the other team," Keele said. "It's just fun to have all the players come together from all the teams across Nebraska to play in one game."

Keele, who will play on the South team on Saturday, plans on attending the University of Nebraska at Kearney, where she will continue her soccer career. Courtney Hayden of Kearney and North Platte's Jackie Paloucek, both on the North squad, are also going to UNK for soccer.
