Lexington Sunday afternoon at Prairie Ridge Park.

Johnson Imperial Homes had no trouble in its doubleheader sweep against Lexington on Sunday afternoon.

JIH defeated the Braves 19-1 in the first game and finished the series with a 15-0 win in game number two.

Nick Hamburger was on the mound in the first game, pitching four innings and only giving up one hit. Hamburger walked four and struck out six.

“Nick threw the first game and pitched well,” JIH Manager Blake Marquartz said. “He’s been more of a relief pitcher for us and today we gave him a chance to start. He really showed me what he can do.”
