BLADEN — The Wyoming All-Stars powerful running game was too much to handle for Nebraska on Saturday in the third annual Battle of the Border 6-man all-star football game.

Wyoming finished with 514 rushing yards in a dominant 68-26 win to improve to 3-0 in the series. Story Penning from Hulett led with 142 yards and two touchdowns while Sterling Baker of Dubois added 108 yards and two scores. Seth Bennett from Midwest was a threat every time he touched the ball, finishing with 113 yards and three touchdowns on just three carries.

“I tell you what, we have not just some of the best 6-man backs, we have some of the best running backs in Wyoming on this team,” said Wyoming head coach Matthew Jensen of Meeteetse.
