The Adams Central Board of Education is changing the way it determines student enrollment capacity.
At its regular meeting Monday, the board amended the capacity resolution it adopted last month.
At its last meeting, the board voted 4-2 to raise the total enrollment by five per grade level. The increased limit would allow for more children to opt into the district.
After that decision, board member Randy Kort said that the following day he thought of a different approach.
“I realized raising the total enrollment didn’t solve the problem,” he said.
