Kenesaw grads thankful for support

KENESAW — Graduates thanked family, teachers and friends for their help and support over the past four years during Saturday’s graduation ceremony at Kenesaw High School.

Evan Uden started the theme during his salutatorian address.

“Thank you all for being here today,” he said. “None of us could have accomplished what we did without you.”

He said parents and teachers helped push them to succeed as they’ve grown up.

While several in the class of 16 had been together since kindergarten, Uden noted some members of the class joined later. He mentioned the Panec twins, Jacob and Jeremiah, who moved to the school in the sixth grade and how some continue to mispronounce their last name.

Valedictorian Trevor Burr also thanked the adults who inspired and motivated the class through the years.
