Life Before the Tribune: I was a receptionist for my husbands business the Sign Dr. I also worked at the Second Street Slammer from 1989 to 2010.

Favorite color: Don't have one.

Favorite food: Seafood. Shrimp, Lobster, Crab, Fish, as long as it comes out of the ocean.

Favorite (workday) drink: Diet Mountain Dew (forget coffee.)

If you won the lottery what would you do? Depends on how much it was. After taking care of family and friends I would like to set up scholarship funds for students that can't afford college. I would also like to set up a foundation that played like a secret santa all year long. Then I would play!!

Your Super power? Voice. I can talk your ear off if you give me the chance and one or two people may have mentioned that I have volume.

Wish from a Genie: To be 20 years younger and in perfect health.

Best thing ever: So far, the day I got married.

I have lived in Hastings or the surrounding area most of my life. I live with my husband, my brother, and our four fish. In my spare time I throw darts on a league and read books. I love football and watch when I'm not at work or busy. I've been at the Hastings Tribune for a little over two years and I actually enjoy my job. I get to talk to people every day that would not otherwise have even existed to me. They call, give me a problem and I work to fix it. Gives you a sense of accomplishment when you can fix the bigger problems.
