Maybe the only tense part of the game between Hastings College and York was at the end.
After all, how could you not get that last bucket to go down to eclipse 100 points in the game?
But if that's the only problem fans had as they watched the No. 18 Lady Broncos rout the Panthers 99-46 Friday night at Lynn Farrell Arena, then head coach Carrie Hofstetter won't complain.
"We shot the ball a little bit better. Part of that's due to us just concentrating and focusing on that a little bit more. When the ball goes in the hole, that takes pressure off the defense," said Hofstetter, whose team improves to 4-4. "I thought, defensively, at times we guarded well. And I felt at times we were kind of reacting and not dictating the tempo as well as maybe we have."
