Shade for the future at GSV campus

At the planting of a Northern Pin Oak tree on the Good Samaritan Village Campus Monday afternoon, campus administrator Dorin Vaipan offered a quote that summed up his view of trees and their legacies:

"A man who plants a tree loves not him or herself only, but also loves others. For a tree planted blesses people for generations to come."

A group of Good Samaritan Village residents and children from the Children's Ark Daycare Center gathered for the planting of the Pin Oak, which was one of 10 trees that will be planted at Good Samaritan Village this fall.
