GENEVA — It may have taken the Fillmore Central volleyball team a set to warm up, but the Panthers made quick work of Sutton, winning three straight sets to take the match.

Fillmore Central defeated Sutton 23-25, 25-15, 25-11, 25-19 on Tuesday in the Panthers’ “Pink out” game in which money was raised to fight breast cancer.

Panthers’ head coach Steve Sherman said his team simply got on a roll and didn’t slow down.
