BLADEN — This season, Silver Lake tailored its offense to feature a little more spread. It couldn't have been a better fit for Journey Ericsson.

The Mustangs junior touched the ball just six times, but tallied 126 total yards and four touchdowns in a 85-6 win over Walthill (1-4) on Friday.

"We just work as a team and things just open up and develop," said Ericsson, who also had a five-yard fumble return for a touchdown on defense. "I get into a flow and everything seems to work out when we're trusting each other."
