at Lloyd Wilson Field.

The Hastings College women’s soccer team is on quite the run. The Broncos have scored 15 goals in the previous three games, matching the same number of goals scored in HC’s first eight matches.

The latest offensive explosion came at the expense of Dakota Wesleyan, when Hastings College shut out the Tigers 7-0 Saturday.

In the last three games, HC (7-4 overall, 3-1 GPAC) has tallied 134 shots, 53 of which came on Saturday.

“I’ve never seen (a run like that) in my career,” said Broncos head coach Mark Hiemenz. “At least the girls are taking opportunities when they have them.”
