HHS science wing construction ahead of schedule

Rooms in the new science wing at Hastings High School are
beginning to look like classrooms with the addition of dry
erase boards. Classes are scheduled to begin in the new
addition in January.
With the construction of a new science wing at Hastings High School ahead of schedule, students may be able to start using the classrooms there in the new year.
Students originally were scheduled to move into the new facility at the start of the 2013-14 school year. But science students should start second semester of this school year, January 2013, in the new wing.
The building’s eight classroom spaces have all been painted and the suspended ceilings have been installed in some of the spaces.
