Police investigate sexual assault by 5-year-old student
Hastings police are investigating a report of a young child inappropriately touching a teacher at Lincoln Elementary School on Wednesday.
Acting Chief Bill Mann said the matter is under investigation, but there have been no arrests or charges filed.
The school is working with the police department and the Department of Health and Human Services.
