Buttermore off to fast start as new Bronco coach

With a 7-2 record, and now an upset of the No. 11 Doane Tigers, Hastings couldn’t have asked for a better start under new head coach Matt Buttermore.
But there’s been a few bumps here and there, like the team’s bus breaking down.
“We’ve had hiccups here and there,” Buttermore said. “But 7-2, and coming out and beating a top 15 team — you can’t ask for much more than that.”
