Running back proves coach wrong

"You'll never play running back!" the Sandy Creek freshman football coach told Ted Schroeder. "You're not fast enough. We're going to have you on the line."

Schroeder would have none of it.

"I said, 'No, I'm going to play running back,' " he said. "And I went from that to starting at running back on the varsity team my sophomore season."
