Sutton coach not surprised by team's success
It has been a while since the Sutton football team has gotten off to the kind of start it has this season. In fact, the last time the Mustangs started a season 4-0 was 2003.
But if you ask Sutton head coach Steve Ramer, it’s nothing his team didn’t see coming.
“These guys took some lumps when they were freshmen, but most of these guys have been starting for us for two or three years,” Ramer said. “We’ve kind of built up to this process to build an experienced, veteran group and be where we’re at now.”
