Giltner goes 2-0 vs. Blue Hill, Bruning-Davenport/Shickley
GILTNER — In a triangular featuring three teams with a combined record of 35-7, including two ranked in the top 10, winning just one game could’ve been considered a major achievement.
Picking up two wins? That’s a big test.
But the host team did just that, as Class D-2 No. 3 Giltner downed Class D-1 No. 3 Bruning-Davenport/Shickley 25-14, 25-22 before sweeping Blue Hill 25-17, 25-23 Thursday night.
