Sounds of the season

The Hastings area is so very blessed to have such a wealth of entertaining, talented people! I attended the Hastings Symphony Orchestra concert on Sunday with family and friends and we were deeply moved.

The symphony, combined with the South Central Nebraska Children’s Chorale, presented a program beyond magnificent in the Masonic Temple auditorium. The presentation certainly was comparable to one you would hear in the large cities of America and Europe.

I will not list names, but each and every person involved in this outstanding production deserves much applause for the beautiful quality of performing, from choral and instrumental work right down to the participation of younger audience members in directing the orchestra.

You all are doing wonderful work in this area!
