Bypass questions

Why should Adams County have to pay for a city project?

I would say that the proposed bypass project on the north edge of Hastings may be of profit to the city of Hastings but I see no real benefit to the rural parts of the county in general.

How is this going to help truckers to the west, south and even eastern parts of the county?

The only thing I see is that it will eventually raise our taxes.

We need to contact our supervisors on this matter and let them know how we feel.
