Senior surprise

What a great surprise the Kensington residents had from the TeamMates organization.

A nice group from TeamMates took time out of their busy lives recently to make our residents feel special.

They made 60 care packages for Valentine’s Day to hand out to all of the residents. They also made each one a homemade card.

All the smiles alone were worth $1 million. Several residents came up to the front desk to show me all of the things they got in their package.

They were so excited and very thankful. During the day, several residents stopped the employees in the hallways still talking and showing what the TeamMates had done.

We always hear a lot of negative things about the younger generations but there still are a lot of good young people out making good choices.

All of us at Kensington can’t thank the Hastings TeamMates chapter enough.
