Adams County Judge Michael Mead Oct. 6 sentenced Ivan Reyes-Ramos, 36, of Las Vegas, Nevada, to six months of probation, a $600 in fines, 120 hours of community service and one-year driver’s license revocation for driving under the influence of alcohol, no operator’s license and possessing an open alcohol container on June 26. Reyes-Ramos pleaded no contest on July 15. DUI is a Class W misdemeanor punishable by up to 60 days in jail and a $500 fine. No operator’s license is a Class 3 misdemeanor punishable by up to three months in jail and a $500 fine. Possession of an open alcohol container is an infraction punishable by up to a $100 fine.
